Job Summary
Candidate should have experience in Android development minimum of 1 year. Up to 4 years of experience are eligible to apply. Immediate joiners are preferred. Willing to relocate to Chennai.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Should be experienced in Android SDK, SQLite, Android Studio, Java, Web Services, REST API, XML, JSON.
- Candidates must be efficient in troubleshooting/code enhancements.
- At least one app must be launched in the Android Play Store.
- Applicant should be a specialist in Android UI designs principles, patterns, and best practices, Push notifications, Google Map operations, and Material Design.
- Familiarity with Firebase Cloud Messaging and Remote Config is a plus.
- Experience with offline storage, threading, and performance tuning.
- Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs
- Experience in creating builds, publishing app to play store etc
- Solid understanding of the mobile Eco-system, hands-on experience in writing memory and network optimized code
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
- Translate designs and wireframes into high-quality code
- Design, build and maintain high performance, reusable, and reliable Java code
- Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of the application
- Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs
- Help maintain code quality, organization, and automatization
- Identification, testing, and fixing of all performance issues.
- Work with the web development and engineering teams to meet technical requirements for projects.
- Collaborate within a cross-functional team to define, design, and ship new features.
