Skill Set Required
- The tools and technologies depend on interest in back-end or front-end development
- To be a backend developer, should be passionate about coding & strong skills in one or more of the programming languages such as Java, .Net, C, C++, Python, Javascript etc. Hands on skills with databases such as MySQL, MS-SQL etc. is an added advantage
- To be front end developer, should be passionate about user interface design and have skills in HTML 5, CSS and Javascript frameworks such as React JS, Angular JS or in native iOS, Android app or .Net development
- To be responsible for QA, should have skills in test automation frameworks
- Have sharp eye for quality
- Ability to quickly learn new concepts and technologies and apply in day to day projects
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work closely with diverse teams
- Passion for automating mundane tasks
- Knowledge of scripting is a plus
