Responsibilities include:
- Lead deep dive sessions to shadow business processes, elicit requirements, define exceptions, and identify pain points
- Query and analyze data to obtain and substantiate metrics, as well as drive decisions regarding automation scope and prioritization
- Create detailed process flows, user stories, and functional specifications
- Collaborate with development teams and application owners to design and implement automation solutions
- Review QA/SIT/UAT test scenarios and scripts, as well as participate in functional testing, ensuring all use cases are validated
- Prepare user guides for process automation system/tools
- Provide support post deployment for issues/bugs, enhancement requests, and automation optimization opportunities as well as defining support structure prior to launch
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Proven experience implementing Robotics Process Automation (RPA) projects working with internal teams as well as vendors
- Experience with automation platforms like UiPath or BluePrism
- Experience with HR systems and tools (PeopleSoft/Workday a plus)
- Advanced SQL and Excel (macros) skills
- Experience identifying and resolving complex issues (problem solver), taking initiative even under unfamiliar or ambiguous circumstances
- Ability to anticipate obstacles and develop plans to resolve them
- Ability to meet deadlines while managing multiple tasks in a fast paced and rapidly changing environment
- Ability to think clearly, analyze quantitatively, problem-solve, scope business requirements and prioritize tasks
- Detailed oriented with the ability to use judgement and instinct to make decisions
- Experience working with global stakeholders/team members
- Ability to dive deep and develop innovative ideas for process challenges
