Responsibilities
- Good understanding of Agile principles
- Minimum 4 years of experience with Strong 2 Years of experience on Ruby on Rails 3.x/4.x has a good understanding of writing their own gems
- Unit testing with Rspec or Jasmine
- Sound experience on SQL Server and Postgres
- Should be an expert programmer and be competent in technical design capabilities
- Should be competent in providing multiple solutions for a given technical problem along with recommendation of the better technology solution
- Continuously improve the performance and scalability of the code base
- Should be competent in estimation and planning efforts for the sprint and project
