Principal Responsibilities:
- Overall work experience should be 4+ years
- Should be able to work closely with the Development team and Business Analysts
- Should be able to exhibit a wide variety of technology knowledge
- Should be able to understand and analyse process and automation complexities
- Investment management domain knowledge is preferable
Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
- 2+ years of experience in developing automation solutions using robotic tools like UI Path, Blue Prism or Automation Anywhere
- 2+ years of programming experience (application development, coding, database)
- RPA architecture and delivery experience is mandatory
- Strong problem solving, analytical skills
- Automation experience across diversified technology landscape
- Experience with process analysis, prioritisation and strategise RPA implementation for clients
Education Requirements:
- A relevant undergraduate degree or post graduate degree
- Any certification or degree related to Finance (Investment Management) domain will be an advantage
- Advanced certification in any RPA tool (UI Path, Blue Prism)
Other Requirements:
- Candidates must be comfortable with significant travel
