What you’ll be doing…
- Work with stakeholders throughout our portfolio to identify the analytics opportunities for leveraging organization data to drive actionable business results.
- Advocate, evangelize and build data-fueled products that help our employees improve their experience.
- Dig in and become an expert on our employee datasets.
- Provide insight into leading analytic practices, design and lead iterative learning and development cycles, and ultimately produce new and creative analytic solutions that will become part of our core deliverables.
- Build predictive models / ML models / deep learning models / text modeling to improve
- employee experience.
- Test, strategize & architect the models to host / productionize in cloud (Hadoop / AWS) platforms.
- Work with cross-functional team members to identify and prioritize actionable, high-impact insights across a variety of core business areas.
- Research, design, implement and validate cutting-edge algorithms to analyze diverse sources of data to achieve targeted outcomes.
- Develop processes and tools to monitor and analyze model performance and data accuracy.
- Aspire to explore new tools / platforms / methodology to upgrade our modeling ecosystem.
- Provide expertise on mathematical concepts for the broader applied analytics team and inspire the adoption of advanced analytics and data science across the entire breadth of our portfolio.
What we’re looking for…
- The candidate should have bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Statistics or Mathematics with min of 4 years of experience as Data Scientist
- Expert in synthesize and leverage massive dataset
- Should have experience in quick iterations, using the techniques and algorithms best suited fo solving the challenging problems
- Deep understanding of statistical and predictive modeling concepts, machine-learning approaches, clustering and classification techniques, and recommendation and optimizatiol algorithms
- Expert in analyzing large, complex, multi-dimensional datasets with a variety of tools such as R, Python, MATLAB, SPSS or SAS.
- Experience with BI tools such as Tableau and Qlik.
- Comfortable with relational databases as well as with Hadoop-based data mining frameworks
- Familiar with SQL, Python
