Responsibilities
- Enables QSE performance improvements by building performance dash boards, scorecards & identifying areas to improve from data analysis
- Supports the functional performance metrics by collecting, analyzing, and managing data to provide key insights for actionable improvements to the organization
- Work with SBU-QSE heads, Business partners to set the yearly targets by providing baseline and recommendations
- Monitor the progress on “initiatives & action items” and follow up with “QSE heads & Business partners”
- Formulate definitions for KPIs & PPIs
- Anticipates changing and future business needs and analyzes metrics across the system to make recommendations and initiate action
- Bring up the insights from the data using data science skills & make recommendations
- Requirements gathering, analysis, design and development of BI applications
- Create and maintain static and interactive performance dashboards for various business stakeholder
- Specify & work with cross functional teams to develop SAP BW & SAP BI reports
Qualification
- Degree in Engineering or in a quantitative field such as Computer Science, Economics, Statistics or Mathematics
- Certifications in Data Analytics/Machine learning (e.g, statistical analyses, data correlation, logistic regression, decision trees, clustering and predictive modeling)
- Quality related certifications
- SAP related certifications
- Prior experience with Quality or Business Performance management area is an added advantage
- 6-8 years of relevant experience
- KPI setting & developing definitions
- Experience in Quality area such as Nonconformance is preferable
- Experience with SAP, report development and implementation
- The ability to lead and manage projects – especially BI-related development projects
- Understanding of database principles
- Require experience in database query (i.e. SQL) and data visualization tools
- Experience in R or Python. AzureML is an added advantage
- Experience working with Structured, Semi-Structured and Unstructured data
