Information Management is an exciting and thriving area of InfoCepts and is looking to continue its
growth through the recruitment of a number of Consultants. Our practitioners work on challenging
projects within the Information Management & Business Analytics area to deliver innovative
solutions for our customers worldwide.

Working as an Information Management Practice Lead, you’ll have the chance to develop your
expertise in IM delivery, strategy and advisory, as well as lead the sales effort through direct customer
pitches and market consultation. You’ll be able to put your own creative ideas into practice as you
take ownership of deliverables on projects, and hone your delivery and commercial skills.
Taking a lead on Information Management project work, you will be continually encouraged to devise
innovative solutions, to help our clients maximise the value of their data assets by helping them
transform data into insight. We are vendor neutral, so we have the maximum capability to provide our
clients with objective advice. You will be supported by Technology Centre of Excellence (CoE) at
InfoCepts who are focused on Capability building, Methodology & processes and Infrastructure
support.

Responsibilities
Your primary focus will be on increasing our Information Management capabilities presence within our
existing customer. In addition, you would undertake Practice development activities to help grow the
Information Management Practice to exploit depth of knowledge and professional experience
The responsibilities include:

  • Delivery of IM engagements, solution and data architecture design
  • Sales Enablement – Develop and deliver Information Management pitches to the customer
  • Managing key client stakeholders’ relationships and guiding teams of InfoCepts and client
  • personnel
  • Implementation of vendor selection / evaluation frameworks and recommendation of
  • appropriate tools and methods to use on client engagements to deliver the required value and
  • support the client strategies
  • Supporting the development of client bids and presentations of proposals
  • Collaborate with the Solutions team for developing ‘Go-to Market’ solution offerings
  • Advise the Technology CoE team to develop internal InfoCepts competencies & also publish
  • external facing point of views
  • To have a broader perspective of potential issues encountered when managing diverse teams and
  • the strategies to overcome them; have a clear understanding of the firm’s commitment to creating
  • a more inclusive culture Requirements
  • To qualify, you must possess demonstrable knowledge, proven ability to deliver and proven
  • experience in Information Management in at least two of the below in the private or public sectors:
  • Information Strategy and Architecture: Identifies and lays out architectural components that
  • provide a framework to facilitate storage, integration, usage, access, and delivery of data
  • assets across the enterprise
  • Advisory: Set the strategy and future direction for our clients in the data & information space
  • Data Governance: Focuses on establishing organizational constituencies and a framework of
  • policies, processes, and enabling technologies to ensure that enterprise data is owned and
  • stewarded accurately and consistently to meet business goals
  • Metadata Management: Assessment of Metadata Management tools, establish business
  • glossary/data dictionary, enable business users to search for existing ontology terms, enable
  • data traceability, etc.
  •  Master Data Management: Addresses the harmonization and integrity of enterprise data which is vital to ensuring a consistent and complete view of master data across the enterprise
  • Data Integration, Retention, and Archiving: Manages the collection, preservation, and retirement of enterprise data assets to support application migrations, historical management reporting, and regulatory compliance
  • Data Quality Management: Establishes a framework and supporting processes and procedures to appropriately diagnose enterprise or line of business data quality issues, remediate them, and monitor the data quality to keep it evergreen
  • Big Data: Experience designing and building complex, high performance platforms to support data ingestion, processing and analytics
