Job Description
- 6+ years of overall experience focused in finance operations, process design and improvements
- 3+ years of experience focused in robotics process automation platforms (e.g. UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, Kryon); advanced certification required
- University degree, preferably in Technology, Finance/Accounting or Business Administration
- Sound knowledge of finance and accounting operations and processes
- Strong knowledge and experience in managing project requirements and process design
- Strong communication skills-working with various levels of stakeholders
- Ability to build trust-based relationships with stakeholders and operating team
- Proven experience in applying well-developed problem-solving skills (quantitative, conceptual, analytical)
- Strong drive for continuous improvement and learning – process redesign, new automation technologies
