Job Description

• Provide necessary support and services to Project Delivery Managers and Project Delivery Team regarding project status; progress monitoring, reporting, and forecasting; and definition of alternatives.
• Manage and perform detail planning on multiple projects.
• Coordinate schedule for all work phases in project lifecycle and ensure implementation of the agreed schedule structure to maintain control.
• Ensure all planning system requirements are incorporated into major contracts.
• Consolidate and monitor all contractor and subcontractor schedules, analyzing progress to detect deviations, alert issues and potential problem areas.
• Support schedule risk analysis.
• Conduct operational and financial analyses and manage reports for budgeting, planning, capacity, and project evaluation efforts.
• Organize and prepare data for capital project reviews, support preparation of monthly forecast of capital expenditures.
• Provide back-up support for preparation of routine operational management reports and execute other operational and financial analysis tasks.
• Prepare Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) for each Project and apply capacity modelling to large projects.
• Define and improve rules and methodologies for planning.
• Preparation of weekly and monthly report, liaise with other divisions for data collection.
• Other activities as assigned.

The Individual

• Knowledge of productivity factors, manpower calculations, engineering matters, and procurement matters.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and finding/applying available data to solve business problems.
• Engineering or mechanical background, preferably with a degree in mechanical, chemical, or electrical engineering.
• At least 3 years’ experience in a similar planning role using specific planning software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera P6, Teamcenter).

• Strong knowledge and experience developing and maintaining complex project schedules.
• Previous experience working in an EPC, OEM, or other project-driven environment.
• Strong communication and English proficiency, both written and oral.
• Disciplined Project Management capabilities with Ability to manage multiple, sometimes conflicting priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to manage and analyze large volumes of quantitative data via databases and spreadsheets.
• Extremely high level of organizational skills with a disciplined approach to managing multiple projects concurrently.
