Responsibilities:
- Own production, development and maintenance of Tableau dashboards, weekly business review reports, monthly business review reports and ongoing analyses to meet SLAs.
- Perform deep dive analyses on key business trends from different perspectives and package the insights into easily consumable presentations and documents.
- Partner with business and finance teams to automate regular business reporting and prepare detailed financial forecasting models in Microsoft Excel.
- Work and establish good working relationships with global data engineering teams to define, produce and maintain key production data tables for use across the organization.
- Continuously think on how to improvement the analytics infrastructure for the team and automate processes.
Requirements:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in engineering, mathematics, statistics or a related field.
- Rich experience in a fast-growing global technology company or a highly regarded startup analyzing large, multi-dimensional datasets and synthesizing data insights into actionable recommendations.
- Expert level SQL skills to manipulate large datasets through standard access tools like Teradata.
- Expert level Tableau skills to create impactful dashboards.
- High proficiency in Microsoft.
- Excel with the skills to use GetPivotData, Sumifs, Vlookups, Index, Match, Offset, Lists, Scenario Tables and Goal Seek.
- High proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint or the willingness to learn and ramp quickly.
- Extra points for having experience with a statistical programming language (e.g., R, Python).
