Standard Chartered Hiring Tableau Developer

Key areas of responsibility:

• Work with Strategic Operations team members to create standardized monthly executive level packs
• Working to a brief to produce monthly and adhoc data analysis and reporting
• Liaising with key cross-function stakeholders to capture and execute requirements
• Data manipulation to identify key trends and recommendations
• Essential to be analytically minded to advise key stakeholders on key findings through data analysis

Key Stakeholders

• Technology Services Global Head, Platform Services Global Head, Domain Heads, fellow Strategic Operations team members

COMPETENCIES (KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS):

ANALYTICS & REPORTING

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in developing Tableau reports and dashboards with advanced Level of Detail (LOD) calculations and data modelling using extracts from MS SQL Server and Excel/flat files
• Knowledge on Tableau development and SQL is essential to fulfill the user requirements
• Demonstrate analytical thinking and data analysis
• Demonstrates high analytical skills and an ability to develop, organize and analyze metrics
• Strong MS Excel and Powerpoint skills

PLANNING AND DESIGN

• The ability to similatenously work on multiple project and deadlines
• Applies standards consistently across all solutions
• Demonstrates ability to develop, communicate and educate on standard operating procedures within their given function

• Experience in working in a global and/or regional financial institute
