Key Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience as a Data Scientist in delivering building complex ML models.
- Deep understanding of statistical and predictive modelling concepts, machine-learning approaches, clustering and classification techniques, and recommendation and optimization algorithms.
- Experience in predictive and machine learning techniques like logistic regression, random forest, GBM, Neural Nets, SVM etc..
- Experience in analysing large, complex, multi-dimensional data sets with a variety of tools such as R, Python, Spark etc..
- Good SQL skills with knowledge and experience in working with any of the RDBMS/NoSQL databases and file systems.
- Knowing the mathematics behind the algorithms is mandatory rather than just application in Python or R.
