As an IVR Business Analyst, you’ll be working within our Business unit and delivery team JIRA Dashboard with Actionable insights Voice portal provides customer with the products information, self-service and analysis the business requirement and creating user story and user cases based on business requirement.
- Work with Business IVR team and understand the use cases and user stories and build the call flow design using MS Visio or any design tool.
- Work with JIRA tool for managing the project and BA dashboard.
- Knowledge on microservices, JAVA Springboot, AWS and Devops technical skills.
- Working with architectural design for IVR.
