- Experience in Business Continuity, Disaster Recovery, and/or Operational Risk is preferred
- Familiarity with the emerging regulatory environment as it relates to third party risk management
- Proficiency in MS Office (extended knowledge of MS Excel is preferred)
Responsibilities:
- For Supplier CoB Assessments and Testing; Scheduling, Initiate, Testing and Monitoring the progress of standardized Third Party CoB testing and CoB risk assessments, quality reviews; track exceptions and gaps for suppliers across APAC region
- Communicate Third Party assessment issues to stakeholders, ensuring their understanding of associated risks and actions needed to remediate those risks
- Prepare and present testing and assessment review findings to management
- Follow up with Third Party, Procurement and Third Party Relationship Managers to ensure critical and high risks are appropriately and directly mitigated
- Coordinate and participate on internal / external Critical Third Party testing efforts: including but not limited to, coordination of business resources, test schedules, execution, results tracking and follow-up
- Participate in the development/improvements of Testing and Assessment methodology and tools
- Ensure compliance with enterprise policies and procedures
- Partner with Third Party Management (TPM) , Third Party Utility (TPU) and Regional CoB teams to support the Regional Supplier portfolio
- Provide support to Sector / Regional CoB team on all Internal / External Audits
