Responsibilities
- Creating test cycles
- Recruiting community test teams
- Alerting the TA and team when blocking issues arise that may need Customer/SDM attention
- Monitor cycles to ensure the testing and triage is progressing as scheduled
- Writing Special Requirements Surveys
- May be directing other TEs
- Taking pre-defined actions to bring a cycle back on track
- More experienced TE IIs could be asked to attend customer meetings
- If a project does not have a TE III assigned, a TE II may handle some tasks usually reserved for a TE III
- Attending customer meetings (i.e. scrum meetings)
- Working directly with TA to achieve strategic goals
