Job description:
As an L1 engineer at 1CloudHub, you will:
- Handle support tickets raised by customers
- Flag concerns in their Azure set up
- Communicate progress on their tickets
- Launch VMs
- Update NSGs
- Perform system patch updates
- Any other tasks outlined by the support team as that of an L1 engineer
Experience:
We are looking for someone who has:
- A strong understanding of the Azure platform,
- An experience of at least two years as an L1 engineer, with a minimum of one year in Azure,
- Experience in support domain and ticket handling systems,
- Basic knowledge of OS essentials across Windows / Linux.
