- Domain knowledge and prior experience with systems management is highly desirable.
- Experience building and operating scalable infrastructure software or distributed systems.

- Experience in CI/CD and AWS deployments (EC2, SQS, SNS, Lambda, S3, Aurora, DynamoDB).
- Demonstrated passion for people leadership, management and mentoring.
- Possess strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Possess strong analytical skills, with excellent problem solving abilities in the face of ambiguity.
