Responsibilities
- Implement integrations requested by customers Deploy updates and fixesProvide Level 2 technical support
- Build tools to reduce occurrences of errors and improve customer experience
- Develop software to integrate with internal back end systemsPerform root cause analysis for production errors
- Investigate and resolve technical issues Develop scripts to automate visualizationDesign procedures for system troubleshooting and maintenance
- Should be having working experience on following tool technologies Jenkins Circle CI Ansible Chef Puppet Docker Kubernets Python
- Java Oracle MS SQL Server Mongo DB or any other NoSQL Database Should have strong work experience as a DevOps Engineer
- Good knowledge of Ruby or Python is must Working knowledge of databases and SQL Problem solving attitude Team spirit Should be able to explore and learn any new tool and implement solutions
