a: Should have Knowledge of Tableau
b: Should have worked in a Support project
c: Understands how and when to make a choice independently; how and when to escalate issues to higher levels; analyses risks and future impacts of decisions
Technical Experience :
a: Strong technical knowledge of Oracle 11g current and Oracle 12c current and planned
b: Technical knowledge of NAS/Unix/Linux/Windows/Java, JBOSS application server
c: experience of using Business Objects, Tableau
d: Experience of writing and executing SQL and ability to understand logs
e: Experience of setting up jobs to monitor for alerts and responding to alert notifications
