Role: Software Engineer
Responsibilities:-
– Articulate ShieldSquare’s value proposition (ROI reports) to end prospect/customer clearly and effectively using impactful data points
– Ability to crunch a large volume of data to produce meaningful and high impact analytics for presentations, whitepapers, thought leadership articles
– Ability to identify and prepare deep insights on major incident through data analysis
– Extract data from multiple sources & provide relevant visualization
– Work hands-in-hands with Account Executive / Sales team and PreSales team to represent data to show how the product has met the predefined PoC / Production Success criteria
– Create, democratize and monitor performance metrics on a regular basis and work with product manager to consistently raise the bar
Communicate your findings to cross-functional peers and management
Qualifications/Skillset:-
– Bachelors/ Masters degree in Math, Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, or related technical degree
– Excellent written, verbal, listening, communicating, and negotiating skills coupled with the ability to comfortably and confidently present to all levels within the enterprise is required
– Customer-obsessed, smart, analytical and detail-oriented.
– Strong Business Acumen / Ability to understand Business case & provide a meaningful value proposition to the customer
– Expertise/Proficiency in Tableau (or) other Business Intelligence Tools
– Experience in BigQuery/MySQL (or) any other DBMS Systems is an advantage
– Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
– Experience in Security / B2B SaaS-based business is a plus
