a: Resource must have had basic skills of Database/ETL skills/SQL and should know how to run the data query
b: Resource should have creation and execution of detailed test strategies

Technical Experience :
a: Resource should have experience in writing/contributing to a test strategy and writing test plan
b: Experience in ETL testing and Basic SQL programming skills
c: Familiarity with some Object Relational Mapper libraries
