Role: Software Engineer
Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering real-time KPIs and metrics that help support Product Managers and Product leadership in goal setting, tracking and measuring the business on an ongoing cadence
- Leading automation and reporting efforts of Product KPIs
- Working closely with the BI team to troubleshoot and build data models, and create dashboards in Tableau to capture trends
- Collaborating cross-functionally with other analysts to leverage existing views, share best practices and insights
- Iterating on quarterly product bookings and pipeline on a monthly basis in collaboration with Finance and BI teams
- Fulfilling ad hoc data needs from Product Managers as well as internal business partners like Analyst Relations, Finance, etc
- Continuing to enhance the depth and breadth of our product analytics
Minimum Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience working with big data in a fast-growing technology company or related field
- Passionate about process excellence, analytics and reporting, specifically within a SaaS environment
- Proactive, inquisitive, takes ownership, and is committed
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Professional and positive work attitude, with a strong interest in new learning opportunities
- Thrives in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment
- Comfortable with working in multiple time zones
- Experience working with Salesforce, Microsoft Office Suite and Tableau (must)
- Experience with Aha! and SQL (would be a bonus)
- Competent with CRM tools, MS Office tools, BI Reporting tools competency is a plus
