1 Ability to convert business logic/requirements to automations
2 Understanding of Windows/Web/Java app integration with OpenSpan
3 Hands on requirement analysis, design, development
4 Analysis of Robotic Process Automation opportunity within business processes
5 Develop solutions using Pega Robotics / Open Span to automate business tasks and processes
6 Gather robotic process automation, business rules and requirements from SME
7 Design the solution based on functional requirements
Technical Experience :
1 Architect the technical solution, and lead the technical team in development activities
2 Perform code reviews to ensure application quality
3 Ensure compliance with coding standards, UI standards and Corporate standards
4 Experience in performing impact analysis, application development, performance management
5 Mentor other team members
Professional Attributes :
1 6 to 8 years of total experience with 6 plus years on Pega RPA / Openspan
2 Good exposure to Net
3 Certified on Pega RPA / Open Span / net
