Key responsibilities of the role:
• Analyse processes to determine appropriate ways to automate process
• Leverage leading RPA tools such as Blue Prim / Automation Anywhere to develop automation solutions in line with standard design principles and conventions
• Planning, design, testing, prototyping and implementation of new RPA implementations and enhancements; control and tuning of pre-built automation processes
• Configuring new automated processes and objects using core workflow principles that are efficient, well structured, maintainable and easy to understand
• Creating and documenting test procedures and scenarios for the pre-UAT phases
• Supporting the Operational Teams during the UAT and rollout phases
• Maintain good relationships with clients and project PMs
• Interact with client’s technical resources as and when needed
Experience:
• 3+ years of technical development experience of which at least 12+ months should be on hands on experience in automating processes using RPA tools (Blue Prism / Automation Anywhere)
• Experience of developing automation solutions using Blue Prism / Automation Anywhere on at least 5 engagements
• Experience in using at least 1 back end language and scripting
• Working for IT firms like Infosys, Wipro, Cognizant, IBM working in the automation space
• Experience in Citrix and SAP automation
