Experience: 3-5 years
Skill: Knowledge for RPA

Key Responsibilities :

1: Ability to convert business logic/requirements to automations
2: Understanding of Windows/Web/Java app integration with OpenSpan
3: Hands on requirement analysis, design, development
4: Analysis of Robotic Process Automation opportunity within business processes
5: Develop solutions using Pega Robotics / Open Span to automate business tasks and processes
6: Gather robotic process automation, business rules and requirements from SME
7: Design the solution based on functional requirements

Technical Experience :

1: 3 to 5 years of total experience with 6 plus years on Pega RPA / Openspan
2: Architect the technical solution, and lead the technical team in development activities
3: Perform code reviews to ensure application quality
4: Ensure compliance with coding standards, UI standards and Corporate standards
5: Experience in performing impact analysis, application development, performance management
6: Good exposure to Net

Professional Attributes :
a: Good verbal and written communication skills to connect with customers at varying levels of the organization
b: Ability to operate independently and make decisions with little direct supervision

Educational Qualification :

1: Certified on Pega RPA / Open Span / net
